Arnica Gel is a great gel for soar muscles. You can use it for a pulled muscle, aches and pains and for other variety of reason. My husband has MS and he uses it for his soar muscles and I use for my achy muscles, and pains. It sooths, and works almost immediately. The Arnica Gel is about 15 dollars or less online and generally arrives within a few days. It is the best gel that we have found online.

What a shocker! Sara leaving the show? I hope not for long. Anyway, there is a mystry brewing with CSI and Without A Trace, on November 8th show this week. It will be very interesting to watch the outcome of the mystery.
